Ken Sieczkowski

Ken Sieczkowski is a Certified Intervention Professional (CIP) and a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC). In his work as an Intervention Professional, he brings a deep level of compassion, understanding, and hope to the families and clients that he serves. Throughout his career, he has focused on providing extraordinary care and support to families and individuals in crisis. In his 22 years as a full-time Interventionist, he has conducted over 1,500 interventions. Prior to his intervention career, Ken’s 10 years of experience working with adolescents at Lad Lake Treatment, Alternatives in Psychological Consultation and Rogers Memorial Hospital prepared him for the intricacies of family dynamics and how they affect the intervention process. He draws upon this experience, which provides him with patience and insight into the unique journey of each individual’s recovery. He believes that connection to other professionals is an important part of serving and has served three terms as an active board member for the Association of Intervention Specialists. For Ken, helping families is spiritual work. He sees his own recovery of 34 years as a gift that deserves to be shared.

Arnold McCuller

From center stage to center healing, Arnold McCuller has spent decades captivating audiences as a world-class musician. Now, he brings that same passion to his work as a Certified Intervention Professional (CIP) and CADC counselor, helping individuals and families find hope in recovery.

While touring the world, Arnold dedicated himself to studying addiction and mental health at Sober College of Los Angeles. Today, he serves as a counselor and case manager, guiding clients through the recovery process with honesty, empathy, and a deep understanding of 12-step principles.

Gwen Henderson

Gwendolyn Henderson is a recovery advocate and behavioral health leader with more than 27 years of experience in substance use disorder, mental health, and recovery services. Most recently, she has served with Entelechy Recovery Services in Prescott, AZ, assisting with personalized case management, sober companionship, and daily recovery support for clients and families. Her work included intervention post-planning, transportation, and ongoing accountability-helping individuals bridge treatment with real-world recovery.
Previously, Gwendolyn held executive roles as CEO of Seven Arrows Recovery, Vice-President at The Difference at Mt. Rose, and Executive Director of Chapter 5 Recovery Home. She also leads GHM Consulting Services, LLC, partnering with treatment centers nationwide to strengthen compliance, expand programs, and support recovery housing.

Kevin Schaefer

Kevin Schaefer is a Wisconsin State Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC), Nationally Certified Intervention Professional (CIP), and Recovery Coach with over 30 years in the recovery community. Known for his compassionate yet direct approach, Kevin helps individuals and families navigate addiction with clarity and action.

A recovering alcoholic and addict himself, Kevin brings both lived experience and professional expertise to his work. He incorporates a variety of recovery modalities—including cognitive behavioral therapy, experiential practices, and 12-step principles—to create tailored support for each client.

Kevin has maintained more than three decades of sobriety through a balanced lifestyle of exercise, yoga, meditation, and family connection. His dedication, authenticity, and proven results make him one of the Midwest’s most trusted recovery professionals.
