Lumen Intervention Service was founded by Kenneth Sieczkowski, a nationally recognized Certified Intervention Professional with over 30 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Rooted in compassion, integrity, and deep clinical insight, Lumen was created to guide individuals and families through the often-overwhelming journey of addiction and mental health recovery. Our mission is to illuminate a path forward for those struggling, bridging the gap between crisis and care with compassion, professionalism, and hope.

Kenneth has dedicated the past two decades to the art and science of intervention. Through years of working directly with individuals, families, and treatment centers, he developed the Process Intervention Model—a unique and evolving approach designed to meet the complex needs of today’s clients. “It’s definitely a passionate evolution of creativity,” Ken says of the model, which integrates multiple modalities and strategies to ensure the most effective outcomes. His work reflects a deep understanding not only of addiction and mental health but also of the family dynamics, trauma, and systemic challenges that can stand in the way of lasting change.
